Suzi is my personal trainer since September 2012 and has transformed my life. Not only have I lost weight and my body looks slim and toned now, but the regular exercise has calmed my mind and I now feel well- balanced. Suzi always tailors her training program cleverly to my needs and varies the exercises from session to session, so I don't loose the momentum. I can only highly recommend Suzi Weiss, she is worth every penny! Suzi is a fantastic personal trainer. I personally need all the help I can get, as I find it very difficult to get motivated and Suzi is brilliant! She collects me from my door and works with me from the minute we leave the house. It’s always varied and she has adapted the sessions to deal with different issues that I have had. I can’t recommend her enough. I have just re booked Suzi for another 10 sessions, which says everything, considering how much I don’t like exercise! Emma

Suzi's programs are tailored to my needs and she leaves a written copy with me, so that I can train in between sessions.  She is really friendly and not at all intimidating, but still pushes me and always gets the best out of me. Ali

Having a medical condition which affects control with mobility, I was nervous about my capabilities but was in need of motivation and guidance. Working with Suzi was extremely positive and she was encouraging and adaptable - finding the most effective ways for me to work out, whilst building my confidence. Suzi took the time to understand my aims and targets, and catered for my physical restrictions. Sarah 

Struggling to find time - and often motivation - to exercise, we decided that training together might be a good option. Suzi immediately made us feel comfortable and took on board what we were after in a weekly exercise programme. Suzi is an excellent Personal Trainer. She was very professional in her initial assessment and has proved both thoughtful and very imaginative in devising a varied programme that allowed me to maintain overall fitness despite being unable to put much weight on one foot for almost four months.  

It was after a foot injury which impeded me from running and doing my usual weight-bearing exercises that I turned to Suzi for help.  We had our first session on 13 September 2011 and I have had an hour’s session a week at home ever since.  She has altered the programme as I have developed, and also to provide variation and maintain my interest.  She has proved very responsive and flexible.

Suzi is a serious and committed trainer, extraordinarily encouraging and a lot of fun to work with.  I recommend her most warmly!
